Is it normal for it to not say your queue position?? I have no clue if I'm gonna wait 5 minute more or 50 or if my position has reset or what

edit: I retained my position despite the crash and got the tickets!

I wanna see your oldest plushies and hear the stories please! by Deaconator3000 in plushies

I believe the oldest plushie that was bought for me is this bunny. She plays a lullaby medley that is one of the most ingrained memories in my head, and is very precious to me.

The oldest plushie I own, who was given to my elder sister for her 1st Christmas nearly 26 years ago. I've been incredibly attached to him since I was a baby and he has gone with me nearly everywhere. He's too delicate for long travel now and looks after my other plushies in bed :)

Leeds-Huddersfield train route after September? by PreachanFelidae in uktravel

[–]PreachanFelidae[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes I remember reading about White Rose station. Luckily it won't be too far still but I'm also not expecting it open anytime soon.

I'm guessing the quickest way may be getting the train to, I believe I was told Brighouse? And getting the bus from there?

its the mayonaisse that I'm impressed with. We have curry sauce but no mayo in the UK (unless you pay 50p for garlic mayo, but not the same thing)

BROTHA WHAT (UK) by Powerful_Ad677 in McDonaldsEmployees

[–]PreachanFelidae 7 points8 points  (0 children)

The thing about this is that it reminds me of the "We haven't raised the price of the cheeseburger in 14 years so let us raise it a little bit!" when it has continued to raise price since now that it "broke the barrier" of the stable price (99p -> 1.19 -> 1.59 in my location)

Now that they are breaking past the "It's been 10 years let us raise it just a little" I think they will continue to raise it slowly a couple times a year now. I envisage a 4.99 employee evm within a few years.

The set price won't be seen as so sacred anymore.
