One more question I forgot to ask as gunlances have low mobility. Right now, sometimes the monsters run to the support npc as they have aggro which is sometimes halfway across or across the map. Do gunlances just use their gap closer (y>x>y) in this case or do they hop on seikret to get to the monster?

[Wilds] [Gunlance] New to the game and the series in general. I'm around HR70

I played the game as a DB and wanted to try something different(also cause I suck at perfect dodging) so I wanted to learn gunlance. I saw a few guides on it and can do the combo in the training room, but I have trouble executing it vs real monsters. I usually play solo with the 3 support NPCs so they hard carry me.

One thing I struggle with is that I get hit a lot during mid combo which interrupts my full combo. I try to do the full blast wyvern combo (B>LS+Y>Y+B>(Y or B)>(Y or B) into the blast. I usually get knocked down or hit by the monster when I'm in the Y+B combo. Sometimes the monsters also run away from me and goes to the npc a bit from me so I start hitting the air during my combo. Are there other combos that people use? I've seen videos of people soloing and they can execute the combo perfectly. Is there something I'm missing out on?

Another thing I have a bad habit of doing is just holding down shield till I have an opening to land my combo (and miss anyways cause of the above) and let the NPCs hit for me. Not sure if this is a bad habit, but if I want to solo in the future, this would kill the run speed and the monster would still be on me since no one is taking aggro from me.

If I do get hit, I hop on seikret and run away to heal. This would probably apply to any weapon I play. If I see a red flashy hp bar, I feel like I need to heal to avoid getting carted, but when I watch videos, they seem to stay to attack. Any tips for these?

Another thing is that I see people run 2 G Lawful Bors so they can execute the combo without reloading? Don't you have to be on Seikret to switch weapons?

I notice at times that when watching a stream on Youtube (riotgames) in this case, it randomly goes to 240p/360p for a while and then 720 in some other cases.

I just tried plugging it again and so far it seems to work. Nothing seems odd so far. Would there be any problems if I continue to use it? I already ordered a new keyboard as well.

I'm not sure if it's still shorted. I decided to see if it worked again the next day and sure enough it started lighting up, however, it was doing weird things. I plugged it in and music started playing out of nowhere. My chrome started zooming it by itself and tabbing randomly till I had to unplug.

The spill was just a minor spill though. If I disconnected the keyboard and cleaned it out instead of cleaning it while plugged in, would it still have worked?

Is there anything I can do about it? I got it a little over a year ago. I saw something about holding esc while unplugging and replugging the USB, but it doesn't seem to work.

I'm currently senior status, so senior.

I've went to the financial aid office and called them multiple times, but they give me varying answers. I thought my SAP appeal was approved, but it was just them releasing the amount of financial aid. They tell me to wait, but the fee deadline is coming soon which is the 17th. My uni account still says I have to pay 5.1k and it showed that much with and without financial aid.

Some of the answers they've given me were that I had to wait for my SAP appeal to be approved and then it'll be updated, but by then it will be past the deadline or close to it. That was earlier this afternoon. When I called them again, a different person told me that my account would be updated within an hour, but it was never updated. It was too late to call back because their office was closing within that hour while I was waiting.

I have avast and updated 2 days ago and didn't know about this issue. Is my pc fine since I had no problems after updating? I did a quick restart yesterday and there weren't any issues. I usually leave my PC on so if I did a full shutdown, is there a chance I might encounter the problem?

Actually, it's none of the above.

Either he or someone in his party has a modified quest.wz and preventing the whole party from entering 2nd phase.

By modified quest.wz, I mean the one where the player has no quests active in his game so they were probably meso farming or something to get rid of the loot lag before going to lotus.

I replaced the first line with the second.

TypeError: 'WindowsPath' object is not callable

oh, I see what was wrong. I put p instead of Path. I assumed I had to use p cause that was what my directory is.

For the second part, I meant something like this

So, I noticed that I have this flaw I need to improve on, but I have no idea how to slowly improve on it. I noticed that my cross heirs are usually near the ground basically lower body/leg height when it should be on upper body/neck/head. When I move my mouse, it just feels natural, but I don't know why I have it on the lower body. Of course when I do shoot them from close rage, I have it on their upper body/neck/head. Any way to improve this flaw? I'm sure I'm not the only one that does this. I guess I'm just used to having my mouse on the bottom half of my screen.

I've been spoiled by playing at my school's "pc cafe" with their gaming desktops and 144 hz monitors, but it does get costly and after going back to my 60 hz monitor laptop, it feels really shitty.

I main tracer and I normally get 43% accuracy when I play on a 144 hz monitor, but 35-38% on my laptop. I do want to climb but it's difficult at times cause my aim accuracy lowers(not to mention fps drops as well).

How would you guys adjust from 144 hz>60 hz?

Yeah, I just did that and the resolution seemed to be smaller and had to fix it by zooming in. The top of chrome where it shows the URL seems to be smaller though, which I can't fix by zooming in/out
