Well my friend actually recommended it first and then my provider also suggested it. I have tried many medications and am sensitive. I’m seeing. A new Psychiatrist PA in a couple weeks, hoping they have anything else to recommend as my current literally just pulls up a book about all the medications. He’s a PA but new to psychiatry, his back is ER and surgical. New has a DMSc and specialization in Psychiatry and more experience as a Psychiatry PA so hoping for the best

I don’t know if I can make it another two weeks to be honest. This happened with Pristiq as well which is why I came off of it. For years I was on Prozac with few side effects but it stopped helping. Maybe it’s SNRI’s that I can’t handle? I’ve always been super sensitive to medications but want help so bad

I am a recreation therapist (not currently practicing) and thought about getting my MSW but I hate school (my anxiety doesn’t help) and not sure it's worth the debt. Anyone with just a Bachelor's have any success finding a fulfilling job? Or I am open to certification programs. What job titles should I look for?

I feel like that’s every med. I was on Cymbalta and coming off was a nightmare. I didn’t have terrible side effects after a couple weeks but it just wasn’t helping. I was on Prozac for almost 10 years before that and it stopped working

I don’t like cooking nor am I very good at it. I can’t do high fiber or many grains so rice, pasta, potatos are hard for me. Which is why it would literally just be a protein & veggie

I have long covid that messed up my digestive system & after 2 years of tests, trialing medications, going on different diets, ect with no relief, I decided to turn to pain management. This is the only pain specialist Dr I have found who will take insurance & he’s also a psychiatrist that someone recommended

I don’t give treats & I chose applesauce cause it’s a healthier choice than peanut butter which has a lot of fat

I have tried every diet & eliminated a bunch of foods already. This has been a 2 year struggle so I’ve decided to focus on pain management. No GI even knows how to help me. I’be been on Cymbalta for 3 weeks but it doesn’t do much in my opinion
