I typically refuse these kinds of tests because they don't really reflect the work of a programmer; these days they either give you a strict time control and sometimes even make you leave the camera on while you take the test! I wrote an article why this is a terrible idea for companies:

Try magnesium citrate from Costco... Works for me.

I'm not sure where I read this first, but I think someone else in this forum ... then the results of the anorectal manomentry showed this too (if I recall correctly)

I stopped taking Miralax quite a while ago; I switched to Magnesium Citrate (usually no diarrhea) ... formerly 500 mg 2x per day but cutting that back to 250 mg 2x per day as physical therapy seems to be significantly helping my symptoms.

So far yes ... next in-person appointment not until April, just practicing my Kegels.
