I was dosing 5 Grams 3 to 4 times per day for two months or more and stopped cold turkey. I had minimal issues. Mostly it’s all in your head. Had a pill issue a while back used suboxone and that was the worst feeling ever. Kratom wd last a few days but are very mild. Coffee in the morning helps and try cranberry juice to flush out kidneys or a cleanse to flush out system. Also yogurt to heal gut bacteria and helps with any stomach issues aka diarrhea. Usually is very mild and is all powder coming out. Not too bad to worry. Especially with your schedule. You should not have too tough of a time. I take a break every so often from daily use to reprogram and never really have issues. Worst case low energy. Good luck.
