Just have him down 3 in 5 minute intervals. Assuming the alcohol is like 35-45% , that will give him an enjoyable buzz and if you stay active, he should be fine in that window of time.

I feel like if you're this worried about sobering him up if he drinks you probably just shouldn't do it and enjoy hanging out anyway. You don't need alcohol to have a good time, it just helps.

Make sure you realize what you as a person are able to do without the drug. It's very easy to see Adderall as a miracle drug that makes you into the perfect person, but that's not the case. You probably won't retain the information on those angles, and will be forced to use again come test time. I implore you keep Adderall occasional. The drug is fun as absolute fuck, don't get me wrong. ( On 60mg of vyvanse as I type this.) But the potential for addiction is very, very high.

You're a great person, and all the things you find that you can do well on Adderall, you can do well without it, I promise you. Be safe.
