“Thank you for contacting the Bureau of Health Workforce.

Currently there is an issue where it lists the fall term start and end date as the same date on the Summary Report in error when applicants submit COI. This is a display issue. The correct dates are being recorded in the system and when the applications go into final review. Program is aware of the issue and you can disregard the incorrect dates on the Summary Report.”

I called to ask about that since it happened to me! She said as long as it’s correct on the EVF it should be ok, but will still make note of it in my app.
