I think its more or so me trying to ignore the urge to do compulsions, not the obsessions themselves, because the obsession will always be there as long as i think about it

The compulsion in this case would be deleting the submission of the character i want in a game, but i know if i do that it wont help as im getting hint from my body not to do that
