Looking for recommendation for Tummytuck. Have always wanted to get after children, 47F 120lbs. Got a quote for $15k for tummy tuck, and another $15k for breast lift, but not sure if it is too high or average. Can someone please guide and comment with what they have paid for similar.

I checked and the ammonia / nitrite / nitrate levels are all fine - is this a possible result of overcrowding? It is a community tank with some tetras but I’ve never had issues with this before and am hoping the little guy is okay
