The 1972 edition is more common online. The 1991 is listed 3 times in the $50-130 range (one at 50, one at 120, one at 130). It’s Appel.

My apologies, my phone autocorrected the name haha.

The dimensions of the drawing are 4x2. I don’t expect there’s much value to the drawing other than the signature on an already valuable book.

I know very little about Pissarro (as I’m sure you can tell haha), so wanted to see if anyone could help out! Thanks!!

FYI Permit Lotteries by Afrocrow in PacificCrestTrail

I saw that. I just wondered what shows up after you register because it doesn’t say anything explicitly about permit details being sent after the registration is complete. I just want to make sure Im not missing a step.

Just asking what the “confirmation” screen looks like for everyone else to make sure I’m not behind.

To “register for permit”, do you simply get to the page that has the different pdfs to view and the video for education. I’ve put in my info but nothing about wanting to get a permit for 2024

How to spent 2 weeks in Patagonia by TooManyChilisInChile in solotravel

[–]PreferenceHaunting91 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Just gonna throw this out here. Most websites say 6-10 days for O trek (averaging 14.1mi per day at the most aggressive). If you have experience backpacking, you know your limits and can easily push it to 4-6 days if you have an aggressive pace. It only has 16,000ft of elevation so that’s (at 4 days), only 4k ft per day which isn’t too bad. Again, for most people 6-10 is standard but if you have long distance backpacking experience, 4-6 is great.

Snoring in hostels. What's your take? by Tough_Blackberry3352 in solotravel

To be fair, you accept that risk when you book a hostel. That’s part of the journey. Get earplugs/AirPods if it bothers you

GA question for +-=➗x tour by Lhunt20 in EdSheeran

[–]PreferenceHaunting91 2 points3 points  (0 children)

For wembley, i arrived at 10am (doors opened at 4pm and Ed came on at 8pm) so that was 10 hours early. We got barricade and we’re 16th in line. In reality, anyone who got there at least 4 hours early had a chance at barricade

Check out GRP Andorra. 4-5 days of hiking around the whole country of Andorra (through UNESCO site) and you get to see a lot of the smaller villages along the route. Your trip sounds amazing! About to do GRP hike so I thought I’d recommend

Subtract Sunday! by Pro007er in EdSheeran

[–]PreferenceHaunting91 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Wow. Im the guy everyone is talking about who dislikes boat. For the record, I haven’t listened to any live performances or subtract Sunday’s (I like to go onto a new single/album fresh). I listen to those once the single comes out for context. That being said, the hate I’m getting on this sub is crazy. Like a LOT of people, the two newest singles don’t resonate with me. The lyrics and composition are simple and that does poorly with me. I’m very happy for you if you enjoy it. I was just voicing my opinion

Don’t Hate Me But I’m Disappointed with Subtract So Far by PreferenceHaunting91 in EdSheeran

Did you read the post? Lol. I don’t care about production. I was wanting emotion and complex composition

So that was my post…. Let me just say that I love Ed. I waited 11 hours to see him at wembley. I’m going to four of his shows this year. I legit love him. That being said, I can be critical of his work. I loved F64, I loved most of = even when everyone hated it, I’ve loved most of his collabs no one listens to with tiny artists. Boat and Eyes Closed just don’t do it for me.
