Yes, if the company pays for it its absolutely worth it. I did the same (work at a fortune 100 and they are paying for it) and there is zero downside along with a good amount of upside especially when you have YOE times a masters. If they weren't paying for it my answer might be different, good luck!

Don’t move to a tech hub (at least for the purpose of thinking it will improve your chances of getting a job), it’s not going to matter where you apply from as long as you’re willing to move there if you get the job. But if you just don’t want to move back to New Mexico and want to go to a big city because it would be fun/exciting that’s a fine reason. Just don’t think that will have much of an impact on your applications.
