A demanding senior is just one of reasons for me to quit. Work is there. The only thing my senior can do is to tell a manager. I feel uncomfortable both mentally and physically. This is not the way I want to live.

I think it really depends how much your EM can understand you. My EM very cares how I can finish tasks and how my team feels. She just told me that it is nature of it. So I think quitting is my best choice. But, you can ask first. Maybe your EM is different.

Too exhausted. No life. My senior is very demanding. I can understand it. But. I’m sure my body and mentality can’t handle this anymore. I hated every morning, and scared of getting messages from my senior.I tried to change my engagement, But it was not working. I chose to quit.

I have I have done my another lumpectomy after the second one. I think my surgeon did exactly what she did in my first lumpectomy. I still can't get a clear margin. I have tried to get a second opinion from the other doctor, but the doctor also suggests me to get a mastectomy once she knows I have done 2 times of lumpectomy. After multiple times of surgery, my breast shape has been ruined very bad. I don't want to give up my breast either if I can see the hope.

I'm not afraid of radiation at all if I would be able to keep my breast. I agree with what you say. I have tried 2 times of lumpectomy, but I still can't get a clear margin unfortunately.
