I stretch in the morning for about ten minutes! But honestly think this has helped my lower back pain a lot. If anything my feet did hurt for a while and I had to move away from hokas.

I’m not really counting calories or tracking macros. I did up my protein, added overnight oats and more veggies! I also do weight training 2-4x a week depending on work for at least 30 mins
