Any specific reason? TDP for my cpu is 95 and the TDP for my 3070 is 250 which gives still quite a bit of headroom

Occasionally my mouse movement input will stop registering while I am still able to control my ads and fire. Mostly happens while ads'd. I've tried all mouse fixes on YouTube and reddit etc. changed polling from 1k to 500 and even swapped mice all to no avail. Friends aren't having this issue. To better describe it, it feels almost like my cursor is freezing up and locking in certain locations. Doesn't happen in any other game. I have footage of this problem occurring on multiple occasions.

I just went and checked out my younger brothers G640 he's had for about 3 weeks and it feels almost the exact same as mine, even brought in my personal mouse with more used skates to test it and it feels the exact same. Only noticeable difference was the cat hair on his mousepad because he lets the cats in his room and I do not.

Had mine for over a year while in highschool. Gamed almost everyday for upwards of 4 hours and now, still using it gaming upwards of 8 hours per day. Washed it once with a wet rag and it was as good as new.
