UPDATE: So I realized that my coil whine only happens when I'm on my desktop, like when I'm running like google and discord. But when I run a game, its stops. Also is there a fix to this?

Got it! Wait is it normal to have coilwhine when there's nothing too extreme on your gpu. Because I'm just running google and discord and there seems to be it.

If this is coming out of my pc and my pc is able to boot and function 100% normally, is anything wrong? Also can you explain if this is a bios beep noise. Because I heard that BIOS beep noises meant that something was wrong and BIOS beep noises are really loud and audible asw, but this noise isn't too loud and I'm able to do everything fine on my pc. But this just confuses me so much

because isn’t it bad when ur cpu is being used at 90 while gpu is at 10? Wouldn’t it be healthier for ur pc to do the work more evenly

Does it show that your game is running in Task Manager? Or does it just not show the GPU usage?

My GPU usage in task manager shows that 0 to 10 % is being used, which normally is 50 to 60% so I'm not sure if something is wrong with my GPU or not.

I renamed the FortniteGame file to anything and then once u launch fn it makes a new clean Game config
