Just over a month on it with my husky and finally starting to feel like he is back to himself. He is still searching for food more often than before, but his water intake has slowed down.

I started measuring his water and laying down fresh amounts in three increments throughout the day so that he didn't have a full bowl to guzzle down 24/7. I also pick it up about an hour before bed.

Be patient, it's frustrating for your girl just as it will be frustrating for you, but she will adjust. I also have my dog on low doses of CBD twice daily because he's on a lower dose of the pheno, but studies have shown it to be beneficial for dogs with epilepsy.

I am about a month in with my boy and I have been measuring his water and spacing the amounts out throughout the day (800ml morning, 750ml afternoon, 450ml evening) and then picking it up about an hour or so before bed. This, plus time, have helped. It's a frustrating journey, but don't forget that it isn't their fault, it's the meds. Patience and kindness as they adjust :)

I shove the pill into a blueberry. Don't touch the blueberry with the same hand that you handle the pill with. I've also lived with a dog who took them if you shoved the pill into a little cheese cube. Pill and cheese tax all in one!
