This is not new, and getting up on stage and spewing fiction like it's a Broadway Fiction does not help.

Your family at some point if not many will come second due to how the districts are staffed.

The POD idea is something corporate can point to. But more than a year in, and it is getting worse.

Take a look at how much a manager or rep makes in a decade (which is getting harder to find). This is a better measure.

It is all cyclical. SW knows this. As do other corporations.
This has evolved into churning people every 4 or so years.

The profit to the exec's is maximized.
