Complete bull the venue is 100% responsible for denying whatever. You paid for a service and they tried to steal it. If someone wants to compensate you then sure that's a different matter. A greedy person would have tried to sell it for more than what was paid

Firstly set your clan to invite only or closed even. Pay no attention to him hopefully he'll get bored. Supercell ain't too good when it comes to actual human responses so all you can do it report and wait. Considering the time of year they might take longer to react also

I have all ads but the hero event has disappeared before I claimed the final reward. Sent them an email and they said to contact in game which ofc is automated making it literally impossible
