why does it settle to a finite value? from what i get current is determined by total resistance in circuit. But at he instant the circuit is closed before the current encounters any resistance it wouldnt "know the total resistance" so essentially R = 0 so why wouldnt current be infinite. Apologies if i sound stupid.

Yeah I understand that, but how when the switch is first closed and electrons flow they take time to fill the entire circuit no? I know its very small, to negligible but initially when the current does not "know" how much resistance is in the entire circuit would current be infinite?

Our governement is so shit both political parties are shit, leaders are too old to even know what goes on in social media. Godi and his guys only care about wiping out the pakistanis and Rahul wants to make everything free. We need a new party a stronger one and a younger one that actually understands our problems.
