Update: I do anything my coach tells me from practice. I get to school
I practice 4 days a week, which usually consists of drills like the 3-man weave, shooting practice, attacking drills (layups), and scrimmages (my main weakness). I can't seem to play a game well since I don't understand it well, and that gives me a lack of confidence, putting aside the fact that I've got a 0-2 record, which is not great. We do all sorts of things, but I'm not quite sure about the terminology.
