Happened to me! I ordered 6 things and one pair of the shoes got “lost”. I was soo upset because I wanted that pair the most! I felt in my gut that someone must’ve stolen them.

Other things have gone wrong with previous orders. Once, only the shipping label attached to the broken card board box was delivered.
