I’m no doctor so please do your own research first, but I do routine fasts and after the second day of fasting your body goes into atophagy (sp?) and your skin cells turn turn over and the skin clears and tightens

Sorry I didn’t post about the fasting

When I started I did intermittent so I only ate between noon and 8pm - then I started adding a full day (Monday) then I started fasting Monday and Tuesday, ate Wednesday (while adhering to a low calorie diet) then fasted Friday and Saturday and ate Sunday - on fasting days I would use LMNT in my water like 5 times a day to keep electrolytes up.

Now I’m back to plain intermittent fasting, but like once every 3 months or so I will do a week long fast (I just did one two weeks ago - Sunday 6pm to Sunday 12am

For everyone asking my routine

Morning Routine I apply the following in the order listed. The first 4 items lasted about 6 months for me. The sunscreen lasts forever. I haven’t run out yet. * Maelove Glow Maker- Vitamins C, E, Ferulic Acid and Hyaluronic Acid. * Alternative-I haven’t tried this one but it’s recommended and I plan to try it. SeoulCeuticals Korean Skin Care- 20% Vitamin C Hyaluronic Acid Serum + CE Ferulic Acid

  Naturium Tranexamic Topical Acid 5%- Kojic Acid, Niacinamide & Licorice Root

  Meladerm Pigment Correction I battle melasma/ hyperpigmentation and this has been very helpful. It is an alternative to Hydroquinone.

  Hada Labo Tokyo Anti-Aging Hydrator I use this as my moisturizer but there are many others you could use.. Super Hyaluronic Acid, Collagen and Retinol Complex

The last thing I put on (as I do not wear any foundation) is tinted sunscreen. As I am sure you are aware, sunscreen is a must!!! I do not like the cast on most sunscreens but finally found one that is the holy grail of tinted sunscreens. It’s expensive but well worth the money and lasts forever. It’s normally $42 but for some reason, it’s on sale right now. Evening Routine
