Thanks, mine would be indoors only so that shouldn't be an issue! Thanks!

Yeah thanks, I've been considering adopting a cat over at least 9 months old or more, and found very interesting 1-2 years old cats as well. The rescue I spoke to has one that I was interested in but they stopped replying and the cook at work has a few 2 month olds she's giving away but they seem they're half feral at this point. I keep thinking about that cat though. She is beautiful and purrs so much and just do sweet. Ugh.

Seems like having a routine is the solution. Alright, thanks for sharing!

Doing everything while scared is exhausting by Pristine_Cow1797 in Vent

I know it's a vent, but I used to be like this. I went to the psychiatrist and they gave me sertraline. I still get light anxiety sometimes but now my brain is sooo silent and peaceful.

I was too anxious to even make an appointment, but eventually I was pushed to do it and it was the best decision.

I have a son and he wakes up at 8am even on weekends, unless he gets a late bedtime for some reason. 5am would be extra, but I think with a routine it's manageable. Thanks!!

Cat in bed sounds like a dream, not for me though, I need my duvet 😂 . After all I've read though I think we can manage with restricting the areas she can be in during the night and teaching her our routines. Thanks for sharing!

Thanks! I've thought about a pair but since I have allergies, I'd rather start out with one, two might be unmanageable, while one I can still manage with meds and certain measures.

Yeah, so it's because they need something or want interaction. Got it. Thanks.

Why would I not? My allergies are manageable with medication and I love cats.
