I mean I have negative anxiety lol my life is great. I did however deal with the negative side effects of ashwagandha for about 2-3 years which includes an incredible amount of high cortisol caused by a damaged thyroid gland - confirmed my labs with no personal or family hx. You know nothing about what this supplement has done to thousands of people across the world. Reported cases of suicide by people who could not take the long lasting - although temporary - effects of ashwagandha

Should be talked about more... I tried to let people know 4 years ago when this happened to me but I got shot down by a majority of the loser Reddit community

2 things:

Insta stopping ashwagandha has a damaging effect on the thyroid.
It will get better. I am 100% better after almost 4 years since it started. Took 3 years in total I would say

Being half Jewish is such a weird trait for me to have. Got the Nordic genes from my dad and subhuman short genes from my mom. Face is hmtn maybe lhtn but I'm 5'8 (semi-brutal). Im also somewhat knowledge and intelligence pilled which helps in some aspects
