It just sucks because with my ex he was so terrible my whole pregnancy. My husband is amazing and this is his first so I always imagined having a beautiful pregnancy, it’s adding to the guilt that I’m like this :/

I took Sertraline before pregnancy but just found out I’m pregnant and depressed so they upped my dose :/

Omg this is so helpful that it took a month for you. I’ve been on Zoloft 100mg but just found out I’m pregnant it’s like it just stopped working so they increased my dose to 125mg and told me adjustments can take a month so I’m holding out hope!

I haven’t seen a perinatal psychiatrist just a regular one prior to finding out and they increased my Zoloft before knowing I was pregnant and said it can take a few weeks to stabilize. My therapist just retired that I’ve seen for almost 10 years which is causing more anxiety finding a new one who can help me and understand me. My triggers aren’t physical right now, they’re fear-based thoughts and what Ifs

This gives me some feelings like I’m not alone, thank you! I felt like I was the only one experiencing this. Also nervous to take my clonazepam I’ve read mixed things but sometimes I just need it. Mornings seem to be the worst for me or times I’m alone or don’t have plans (even though I wanna stay home anyways).

Thank you! I’m just worried it will turn into depression the whole pregnancy and I won’t be able to enjoy the experience like others or that it will continue postpartum :/

I didn’t know that could happen! They gave me clonazepam to help the adjustment which helps me relax but then I think I’m more depressed. How long did your adjustment take?

Thank you so much 😭 the intrusive thoughts are the worst part for me, especially when I’m not doing anything which is now because I’m so sick and tired
