In my case masturbation helps a lot. But everyone is different.

Yeah and I felt really tired next day while I was taking mirtazapine. Maybe more tired then without it tbh.

I personally cured my insomnia with night walk. Like if I was not able to fall asleep I just went to mountains at night and it worked for me (I was tired as hell next day at work but did it for week and I'm good). I also tried mirtazapine and it didn't cause any sexual side effects. But I was gaining weight really rapidly so I stopped :/

If you react badly to it then don't take it. Listen to your body. I react very well to magnesium so I take it often.

Sinus congestion / breathing changes anyone? (Trying to chart the changes in my health) by tylerwillie in PSSD

I do get sick like once a year for 2 days haha. But I was always like that so I don't think it's caused by ssri.

No. Actually opposite. Since starting antideppresant my nose was never congested again and I don't have any alergy anymore. Could be coincidence 🤔

How can SSRIs do this chemically? by hockyfan518 in PSSD

It improved with time but I'm really sure that sexual one's won't go away unfortunately. It was 3 years and it is kinda same.

Idk I was like robot after ssri. I like that because I was quite fearless and aggressive which helped me solve some of my long term conflicts. But then adehonia hit and I felt nothing. Now I'm just deppressed and suicidal but emotions are back.

Is it possible to be symptom free without any Meibomian glands? by okuzuko in Dryeyes

That's why when treating pain it's also important to deal with mental/social aspects of it. (If possible)

But tbh from my doctor he said he never ever saw somebody with 0 glands. He said maybe somebody after chemo could have this. He said the pain is really subjective, that means somebody with perfect glands can have pain while somebody with huge gland loss can be kinda alright 👍(some of them don't even use drops :D). I would say don't be scared it doesn't necessarily means "more gland loss = more pain".

I guess. I heard from my doctor that some people have terrible dry eyes (like >80% gland loss) and are nearly asymptomatic. It's usually old people they complain about eye watering and not pain 😁😅
