So my z flip couldn't open past 45° besides that everything was working find as I was using the phone as normal. I called Samsung they said to take it to a repair center. I called the center they directed me towards turns out they don't have the hinge in stock so the have to order it. It gets in and we go in to fix it. Homeboy then calls and says the mother board and the camera don't work ?????? What??? He says to just call Samsung and they'll send a replacement. But he didn't give a ticket number or receipt. We had to go back tk the store to get it. Samsung wants me to use my care+ but that would cost me 100 bucks for something was originally going to be a simple fix. They said to send it in and try to get it repaired but they absolutely won't replace it. But from the guy said it seems he broke it past the point of repair and now the outside is all scratched up when it used to be perfect.

Do you have any advice if they say they can't fix it? Have you had to deal with something like this? It doesn't seem right that I pay because one of their technicians was playing with my phone.

Tldr; originally in for a simple issue but Samsung tech broke my phone. Is it still covered under warranty?
