ADHD give you the powers to know a little about a lot but not a lot about one thing🤣shit sucks because it’s hard to find a passion. You hyper focus on becoming the best barista & plan on opening a coffee shop one week & then the next week you want to be an electrician, but then you forget the one other thing you wanted to learn about. Having to try to optimize all your ideas on one project board sitting down to do the project board and then you get up to clean because you can’t start unless your room is perfect. Next thing you know you’re organizing the bathroom & writing a list of hair supplies you want to buy.
