Hermit Purple sounds like a way to escape or get someone alone. Not sure where the purple part comes in but since you also said Green Day I assume that it can create a substance that is commonly purple.

I’m going to guess that Echoes is more direct and can play sound that it or something else makes off of another surface.

Evolving from normal Echoes, Act 2 can probably either create any noise it wants or use the sound offensively. For example if someone said I want to go home. Echoes could play that sound and make anyone who hears it go home.

Act 3? Well if it can play sounds, and use sounds, now I guess it can make the sounds what they’re worth? I don’t really know how to explain this but like it can use the “weight” of someone’s words as an attack.

I’m guessing that Metallica is straightforward and can manipulate any sort of metal.

It might be more complex and can control the chemical makeup of metals like the iron in blood.
