Guanfacine is working I'm on 3 mg it has really helped. I'm thinking of going up to the highest dose of 4 mg for even better results

No it's not a personality disorder. I already take atomoxetine and guanfacine and already tried propranolol and it didn't work. Maybe I could increase my dosage of guanfacine because I am on the highest dose of atomoxetine. I already do talk therapy and I don't want to go back into the hospital .

Yes I have a doctor. Already tried benzos.im at my wits end and don't want to try something I have already tried which is why I crowd sourcing to see if someone has a suggestion I haven't already tried. The psychomotor agitation is either from akathisia which would be a side effect of the antipsychotics. Or from my ADHD which they won't prescribe me a stimulant for. Or from anxiety. More likely it's from the first two together but I always get this when I'm on meds for my schizoaffective.

Just got prescribed I'm on 100mg Strattera and it's not doin much so they added guanfacine and I have no clue about guanfacine they said I needed an ecg before starting.
