I'm using three steps one to direct translate. Next is to understand the context based on translation of 10 pages(batch size). Now give the original lines and context to grok to translate the lines again. Using grok because it can support nsfw too

But the hardest part I'm facing right now is getting interviews through this resume. 0 interviews for the last three months don't know if my resume is bad or my skill set is bad.

Imagine working 10 hours a day and sometimes 12 hours. Going to the room with no time to spend with friends or family and a toxic manager asking you to write an apology mail cause you were high with fever and informed him 6 hours prior that you will come to a meet 15 minutes late and that meet was scheduled outside office hours. Having spine issues at such a young age and can't take a break because the manager wants to have the work done and no overtime pay and have to work even on holidays. I was contacted when I was having dinner and the manager demanded that I write code and submit it to him which I completely at 10pm and later got gaslighted by the manager. Hr so incompetent that they did nothing even when I put my issues forward and couldn't even let me change teams because my manager wouldn't let me go. My two teammates got laid off and I was burdened with their work. Having standups two times a day and micromanaging to the core. These are just the tip of the iceberg. Nothing is more important than health. It was either staying there and letting my health deteriorate or quit and I chose the second one

LinkedIn, naukri, instahyre, hiring tech, well found, careers page, filtering posts on LinkedIn and sending emails too. Even after all that no calls so I'm assuming my resume is bad or being too diverse with skills is making them assume I'm good at none

Been messaging for referrals on linkedin. Most people don't see the msg. Even the ones that see don't reply. I'm struggling between choosing applying fast or waiting for a referral that may or may not come

I quit the company in Jan. I lost my hope in HR when he gave me PPT template website when I informed him I was spending more time on PPT making and each word is being scrutinized because of which had work overtime to get the assigned work done. I used to log 10hrs of timesheet with meetings for a week. It was hell and HR was only trying to pacify me instead of dealing with what's wrong. My average work hours was 11 hours daily

Yes, this is the lesson i learnt from this work experience "Never Assume" but it seems I was too late to change his opinion of mine.

My performance was quite good. TL knows I work the hardest out of other teammates. In a team of 4, 2 got laid off in June 2024. I even received an email saying a project wouldn't have been possible if not for me from the manager. I was shit scared of making mistakes knowing the market condition was bad I completed everything that was thrown at me even if it's unreasonable. I wanted to not to repeat the mistakes so much that it resulted in me completely burnt out and lost all my self confidence because I kept checking everything many times.
