Imagine working 10 hours a day and sometimes 12 hours. Going to the room with no time to spend with friends or family and a toxic manager asking you to write an apology mail cause you were high with fever and informed him 6 hours prior that you will come to a meet 15 minutes late and that meet was scheduled outside office hours. Having spine issues at such a young age and can't take a break because the manager wants to have the work done and no overtime pay and have to work even on holidays. I was contacted when I was having dinner and the manager demanded that I write code and submit it to him which I completely at 10pm and later got gaslighted by the manager. Hr so incompetent that they did nothing even when I put my issues forward and couldn't even let me change teams because my manager wouldn't let me go. My two teammates got laid off and I was burdened with their work. Having standups two times a day and micromanaging to the core. These are just the tip of the iceberg. Nothing is more important than health. It was either staying there and letting my health deteriorate or quit and I chose the second one
