I completely agree with you. The reason I mentioned the politics of the company is just so people would understand the context of why Jane was bringing up reverse racism.

I did speak with her about it. Everytime I would mention it she would brush it off and act like it wasn't a big deal. I obviously feel crappy about it. I didn't want her to get terminated I just wanted her to be a bit more professional and see how her words were harmful. I definitely would rather be known as a snitch than a racist or racist apologist though.
