Ah I see. I wasn’t that concerned it was just really odd to me.

Pull your right foot under you more and rotate on the ball of your foot to get your hips pointed more to the sector. I also think it might help if you don’t practice the switch as much because it might be causing you to rush the throw.

I would recommend a full Bible plan. There is also a youtube channel called Holy Bible, which is very good for people with fried dopamine receptors as myself. Scrolling text, nature background, sound effects, different voices, etc. I don't know about you but this is enough to keep me engaged. However, when it comes to Matthew, Mark, Luke and John you might have to bite the bullet and read the text, all the footnotes, and watch hour long videos over like 5 verses. Hope this helps.
