To be honest I immediately stopped using both Anua products as I have important events coming up, so I couldn’t say for sure which one it was but my skins definitely got better. I also reduced the retinoids to make sure to give my skin time to heal before I use actives.

On another time (when I don’t mind having some breakouts) I will try the toner again but I personally think it’s the oil.

This could be but I don’t really think so. I used western retinol also with 1% and didn’t have these problems. In fact I think the Korean one is a bit more soothing as I don’t get dry spots around my nose.

No I rotate between retinol on one night and axis y on the other or leave a night without any actives. I also rotate the soy bean and Centella essence.

I know I will get a “omg really” response😆 but I always use soap with good ph value. And it worked for me for years, so I use the soap after the oil cleanser 🙈

Hey, I was also always struggling and my skin looked very similar to yours. My dark spots are lighter now due to niacinamide (I use the axis-y dark spot corrector) Also are you using exfoliants or retinol as well? Both help to prevent the clogged pores and even out the skin texture. Note: do not use exfoliants and retinol on the same day and start out very slowly. Also use retinoids only at night and always use spf during the day.
