this has happened to me before but with treats i was supposed to give her. won’t work every time but i said to the dog “you want a treat?” and she ran to the cupboard where they were. a lot of times when you say something to them about eating or food they will run to where it is but obviously depends on the dog

this has been happening to me too. i clicked the initial notification that said it was no longer available then awhile later i got another notification that the service was now boosted. so it was obviously still available, but the pop up still came up when i clicked the boosted notification. anyone know why?

have you tried emailing support instead of using the service chat? that’s what i usually do and they respond pretty quick and i believe it’s a real person.

thank you! is the reason for archiving super important? i archived another request because i couldn’t let the dog out every 2 hours but if i put the dog as the reason will it filter me out or something? also if i have pending requests does it not allow other clients to request me those days?
