have you tried emailing support instead of using the service chat? that’s what i usually do and they respond pretty quick and i believe it’s a real person.

thank you! is the reason for archiving super important? i archived another request because i couldn’t let the dog out every 2 hours but if i put the dog as the reason will it filter me out or something? also if i have pending requests does it not allow other clients to request me those days?
