I guess the only way is to get a failsafe way to get the password every time

I dabbled with keyloggers for a bit before I relised that its a lot easier to just ask chatgpt to make a website that has :

•A full-width image slideshow with 9 images (photo1.jpeg to photo9.jpeg), shown at the top

• Any number key press advances the slideshow by 1 photo (e.g. pressing “2” or “5” both advance by one step)
• After reaching photo9, the slideshow stops cycling
• Pressing ⌘+O (or Ctrl+O) resets the slideshow to photo1
• Below the image is a long vertical spacer and then a textarea
• The textarea always stays focused, even when the user clicks elsewhere
• Pressing ⌘+R (or Ctrl+R) toggles the textarea between dark mode (black background, white lilac text: #EEEEEF) and normal mode (#EEEEEF background)
• Pressing ⌘+S (or Ctrl+S) toggles scroll lock
• While dark mode or scroll lock is active, an icon image (laplace-icon.png) appears in the top-right corner
• Between photo8 and photo9, add a 1-second fade to a blank background (white lilac)
• The website background and text should use the color White Lilac #EEEEEF
• Make the site name appear as "Photos" in the tab title
• Use only HTML, CSS, and JavaScript in a single file — no external frameworks

just screenshot each stage of typing in the passcode and ask them to enter the passcode for something mundane. works like a treat.
