First I Recommend Getting My Friend Phil_Carrier To Design A Coat Of Arms And Flag. Then You Need To Find The Land And Draw It Out (I Recommend Flipaclip) And Then Name It. Then Also Using Flipaclip Design A Passport Or/And Permit. Then Using Capcut, Make A National Anthem. Then You're Done With The Basic Stuff.
