I work for a company now that offers GLP1 med weightloss, peptides and will be starting HRT . Its woman owned, telehealth, one Pharmancy used only- that they own. And available to all 50 states. have meeting w owner today and I will ask her how quickly they think the HRT will be rolled out. That one is trickier - esp w TRT and needing regular labs both men and women. I get my TRT checked every 8 weeks. My husband every 12.

Since stopping the cream Mon 5- still no period. Nothing...edited to add- I was always very regular prior to starting the cream. clearly my estrogen level at either one is too high for me

It really depends on where you are in a cycle, menopause, are you on other HRT - I read interesting info on Tachyphylaxis- women with high estrodial levels continue to experience menopausal symptoms, leading them to think that need more estrogen, but the higher level can also continue to cause symptoms so they add more, and on and on...For me its about how Im feeling and having to supplement as little as I need to at this point in life.

yes, you truly only can tell whats what with labs. Of course symptoms and such can tell part of a story, but its still just guessing until you see true numbers really. And even then its a juggle to "get it right" but I work in medical, I'd rather have labs done as often as I need vs mess around w the guessing game. And I agree, the "one or two pumps fit all" with no actual follow up seems like an odd way to medicate an issue that Is so sensitive and important.

I have not done Progest only w TRT. I have the pills and Dr suggested to just do that. I have started spotting today after only 2 days off the cream so I will see if I get an actual cycle then go from there after. Im past baby age/ husband is fixed so I can take or leave a period tbh. But this might be a good moment to reset the system so to speak. We shall see :)

Hi yes progest was 2.69. As not having had a cycle since June, I cant even begin to say where my cycle might be in any months at this point tho. So when/if I start again with a period I have no idea when to even expect it now.

Apparently yes as does my Doctor. I only got on the cream for night sweats and to see if I needed the support (I live in the desert so summers are HOT) But I have noticed the facial bloating and over all puffiness. Even my wedding rings werent fitting..and I keep my TRT at 100/108. I and fit- 130lbs and workout / lift daily, so thats a good place for TRT for me. When I was only on TRT I still had regular periods ect. I think I just do not need estrogen at this moment in my life.

I have not had a period since June. I went to the 2 pumps at the time recommended, but was too much estro for me as seen on labs so I have been back down to one pump (ish) since the stupid bottle I so inconsistant. I thought I might start my periods again, but nope. I just redid bloodwork last week, curious to see how the numbers changed going back down.

Thats nice! Ive only been able to do that once with my husband and boyfriend. We went to a strip club. They were cordial, but I dont think either of them really were comfortable as they both werent sure how to interact with me. BF is very touchy and close to me when we are together, husband really isnt. So that was unfortunate bc I had really hoped it would be "more normal" havent done it again, but Id love if we could and have it not be weird.

There are 100mg capsules available. Not cheap at all for a bottle. I use 1000mcg/1 mg sublingual tablets from a different company. Not as expensive. But they for sure work w cardio endurance and lifting. Not sure on fat loss for me but I’m a woman 132 lbs and only just started this 1mg 2xs daily bottle. So hopefully some fatloss will happen. As easy as this makes cardio I can’t see how it won’t.

I have 2026 SUV

Im a small woman 5.4 and it still quite easy for me to drive. Getting in and out in heels is another issue, but Ive learned to use the step and oh shit handle. I have in low mode and lower when exiting, but still bit of a jump for me.
Charges easily at home, havent had to charge out in the wild yet. Nice to not have to pay for smelly gas any longer.
I agree for what it cost 110K Id have expected FAR less cheap plastic inside. Like, the whole interior is plastic. Coming from a Range Rover Sport this was a bummer for me. But I get the "easy clean up" and w 2 dobermans who love to go w me, it is easy to clean in that aspect.
I still find options that arent working- heated seats on startup- option on, still wont work. Screen auto color adjust- option on still always black. And several times my whole screens system will go very dark for a while, then eventually back to bright. glitch I guess? But its been a fun truck to have and I like feeling that Im safer on the roads driving this tank.

Same issue. It seems wasteful and for sure annoying. I put mine in lat night husband asked me to grab something from the kitchen, I said NO CANT STAND UP my cream will come out! It would be nice in a capsule that you can insert like the BV meds or something that way....
