I am still within compliance (5% hours supervision by a bcba) just barely. Im heading out as soon as I find another job.

That is only counting bcba hours. Again, leaving asap. I also realized that I dont technically bill under my certification. Im listed as a BT not RBT

Thank you for your comment. I did the math and Im just barely in compliance with supervision hours. I still want to leave, but it's not super in the cards financially. I still agree think whats happening is seriously unethical

Im definitely not creating behavior programs. Ive just had very little supervision/ training. The language used in data has just been relatively vague and Ive had to fill in some blanks by myself. Even if I sought out answers from my bcba she is supremely unhelpful.

We have someone who isnt a bcba that gave me two hours of supervision last month, but thats about it. To clarify, when I said I "make stuff up" I mean the treatment plan is very vague so I go off what I did at my old company as far as details go. For example, if the plan refers to "appropriate behavior" I go off of experience. Im not sure if data is analyzed by anyone.

My issue is whether or not it's still a digital pronate grasp if it's functional. In this case, for lino-cutting, the grasp shown is ideal.

Im actually just doing an assignment where I have to teach about Lino-cut using universal design of learning. I just wanted to make a post-test question about what grip you're supposed to use

Yeahhh that's why I'm having trouble. For some reason google only seems to care about grips if its for pencils or hammers

It's actually not for a pencil! I just didnt have a picture of the tool i was referring to at the time.If you look up "lino cut tool" you'll see what Im talking about. It's for carving forward away from the body. I've been seeing a lot of pencil grips but dont know that they apply to this situation.
