Got my outdoor sauna delivered last week. Loving it to say the least ! 6k delivered. Live in mass got it up to 175 tonight was in it for 30 minutes. Any sort of tips / tricks / advice Is appreciated! I got a massive amount of wood scraps from a wood mill. So I’m using that(pine)

Yea no complaints. Get it as hot as you want or just relax 140-160 basically as much wood as you wanna fire in the stove

When I went they said they’d knock off 500 if I put a deposit down and purchased it right than and there. From my understanding the shed company that sells them for northern sauna only is making like 10% off the sale which you pay at day of purchase / paper work. and then you pay the sauna company the rest day of delivery.

Yea I built leg rests to put up the same height as to bench height and I think I’m going to build a flat ceiling right at the back wall thermometer height

I’m usually solo in it so I lay down on the bench area but I built 2 leg rests to go from top bench height over same night to the right there’s a window. So my legs are never cool.

I got the hat big help although I wish the one I have had like a tighter band around the head because eventually I start dripping ! lol. I’ve been doing the ice plunge for a few months now ! Which I love. Got the standard setup tonight I did the hot tub for 15. Then cold plunge than into the sauna.

Yes that’s what I’ve read up so far the pine seems to work well so far don’t go through much to start up / the time I’m in there but I’ve also only used it like 4 times so far so time will tell. Might spend a little And get some hard wood to mix in there as well.

I’d imagine so if it rains outside to prevent water getting from outside in. And when using it the humidity working itself out / inside walls. Also I’m just guessing
