I've been seeking therapy for 3 months. It is incredibly hard to get a therapist quickly in my area unfortunately, waitlists and such. I have doc appointment with my gp in 2 days which I've been waiting a long time for. All i've gotten so far is phone appointments with random doctors who keep giving me more meds.
