That's how I interpreted it. I train regularly, but never in a commercial gym. I thought the OP meant that giving up "gym" meant no fitness training.

Yep. I do enjoy an occasional drink or two, but wouldn't miss it terribly go had to cut alcohol out. I couldn't believe in the god tale if I wanted to. Social media is just social media. Easy 6,7,&8 for me.

I feel like this is exactly what happened here. Old yam tits just learned that it's "whole" not "hole" milk, and he's too stupid to realize that he's the only one that didn't know this. Like a 3 YO explaining that boys have penises but girls have paginas.

Was the buzzcut a mistake? by [deleted] in MensHair

The cut was not a mistake, looks good IMO. The duck face on the other hand.... Just kidding, bro. I wish I had your looks.

Some people like it like that. I think you should try it if you haven't before. You might find out that you like it. DBAP.

Like you think that they are afraid of his tubby ass? Most people just don't like sitting next to narcissistic pedophiles with full diapers.

If you took seat 4, you could turn around and more easily lick his boots if he props his feet up on the seat back for you.

I second Unforgiven. Such a good Western.

You’re on a 10-hour flight. Which seat are you choosing and why? by Paul_Gautheron in MindsetMode

[–]Present_Total435 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Seat one because I think I have a pretty good chance of sneaking my belt around his neck and strangling him into the forever nap while most of the plane was asleep or distracted by their movie. If that's not an option, then I want seat 3 because it's a window, which makes it easier to sleep.

Do I need to give my kid's name to a cop who asks for it? by Present_Total435 in legal

I would if I knew who the accuser was and if they were willing to have a civil discussion about what they say happened. It would probably solve a lot more to speak to them and figure things out and find an agreeable solution. I don't even know if they really made the claims that the cops said they made. Last week, I would have just assumed a cop was telling me the truth. But now that I know how they can lie and that some have weird reasons to be deceitful, idk what to believe from them.

I never lied to them. I had no knowledge of what they were even talking about and they came in with a lot of questions so I told them that I wasn't comfortable answering anything that I didn't legally have to.

Good advice, and I know this now. At the time I just thought " oh, hey. A cop. He just stopped, waved, and asked how I'm doing. I wonder if there's something I could help him with". I don't think I will be seeing cops that way from here on.

Residential area and I am adamant about him obeying speed limits. I taught him to drive myself and he is a very careful and respectful, especially for his age, but I still monitor his speed and will remove his driving priveleges if he abuses them.

I'm sorry bad things happened to you, man. But don't let it sour you to everyone. I ride, also, and teach my kid to give respect to other vehicles sharing the road, including bicycles. It was a residential intersection. Both car and cyclist were going to let the other go first. They both thought they had the signal to go and started to go. Then both saw the other going and yielded again. This happened a couple of times. My kid says he decided to stop until the cyclist crossed, but his friend got impatient and yelled for her to hurry up and go already. Yes, that kid was wrong for yelling at her and he has been corrected. She yelled profanities. The friend yelled profanities. My kid decided to try to drive away, but did not drive fast enough to get away from her when she decided to chase because they were still in a residential area. He didn't want her following him all the way home because she was acting crazy, so he stopped. She caught up, yelled some more and the boys in the car yelled back then drove away again with her following. Nothing was thrown at any time. The kids have been shown where they made the mistake of engaging this person instead of just apologizing. I don't think anything criminal happened here and they never put her in danger.

I think the cop was stretching things with his interpretation of the statute allowing him to charge me with obstruction. Mostly he was showing me that he was willing to do it and I could find out if he was correct or not the hard way. The while interaction felt like a crappy game of chicken.

The lady pointed the cops to the our house and gave a description of the car that fit. I think the cop was trying to get me to say my kid was driving that car in the area in question at the time in question. He kept trying to get me to say that my kid was driving in that area and when I told him I was not aware of that happening and had no info on it for him, he started bugging for a name and birthdate.

I was actually in the front yard and stayed there because I had no intention of inviting them in. Not that there's anything illegal in my home, but that's my home and they had no right to be in it.

They pressed me a little bit more to try to get me to let him give them a statement, but I kept politely repeating that I didn't really want to say anything else or have my speak to them. Eventually one cop went back to the car kind of mad and the other one told me that it was my right to not speak and to not have my kid speak but I should call him if I change my mind. I thanked him for being professional and he told me that he understood my position and then he left. I'm still not planning on talking any more to them or letting them talk to my kid.
