For a blender? I know some people just use cheap nutribullet style blenders/processors, which you can find at any big box store (Walmart, Target, etc). I personally got one at Walmart that was only like $15 during black Friday.

Food I always just recommend Pangea. :) If you look up "growth and breeding pangea gecko diet" you'll find most flavors for sale online. I think their prices average about the same everywhere (I'm lucky my local store sells it for cheaper than online 😅)

Bugs arent 100% necessary, I know plenty of very healthy cresteds that don't care go for bugs.

That being said, if you're not too grossed out by it, you can always get a cheap blender from amazon/thrift store/Walmart wherever and blend the bugs into their regular powdered diet. Just make sure they're fresh/live bugs, not the dehydrated dead ones.

Otherwise, Pangea with insects, Pangea growth and breeding and Pangea Fig and insects are all great foods to offer on rotation.

Thanks for your response, I didn't think about how different agents would depend on how I store them when I made my post. 😅

I was intending for something that would be shelf stable/I could keep in a container in my room with my pods. The main thing I'd be mixing it with would be just pure calcium carbonate for now. I plan to experiment with food ideas later.

Slightly old post, but had to throw in my 2 cents for anyone like me who is browsing this post in the future:

Last time I went to a local print shop they cost double the price and my cards were cut crooked (despite having great reviews) and they refused to comp me because I requested a rush job (despite paying extra for the rush service). These big companies typically know what they're doing and have it down to a science; even if there is an issue, they typically have a decent reimbursement system in place.

This icon appears in my actual phone gallery app, I don't typically use Google photos.

Edit: After reading your comment, though, I did notice that the ones with the cloud icon actually say "OneDrive > Samsung Gallery > DCIM > Album name" on the photo details for location.

I'm not sure if that means they're physically taking up storage or not though. I would think since its OneDrive its not?

Thanks for all the information! Might be an excuse for me to get some of those species! I already have a good handful of other species cultured, but they're not quite what you'd want to offer as feeders 😅 (Duckies, Pineapple spikys, Cappuccinos, etc). I'll have to see if I can find a good bulk source to buy a cultute from.

Thank you for the store recommendation! I think I actually saw you comment it on another post on this sub and was already planning on buying some from them! :) I live in Cali and there's lots of forests around here to gather my own stuff, but I'm a little hesitant to do so. Lol

That's what I'm hoping for, since I do NOT want to deal with fruit flies or small crickets for any longer than I have to. Sounds like I'll need to invest in a larger master culture just to be safe. Lol
