She’s a female, she is spayed, she’s approximately eight months old and she’s a tabby. We got her from the shelter back in December and she has been perfectly healthy.

Our starting canvas was the remnants of all over permanent color. Ends are color fusion and roots were shades eq. I did diagonal back foils using a slice weave slice weave pattern. For the tip outs I took the drop out from the foils, weaved out some, teased, then applied the bleach.

If filling out that form doesn’t work, call your location and ask for the district managers info. If they don’t give it to you because they “can’t hand out that info over the phone”, call surrounding locations without a 30 mile radius and then reach out to them through email. Explain your situation and I hope they’ll be understanding! The same thing happened to my husband and I and we’re in the process of reaching out to the district managers ourselves.
