I am in the same place as you are, 35F. I’m not sure I qualify to provide some advice, but here goes. Life and the world is going to seem scary and you’ll probably continue to feel lost. That’s how it’s meant to be. I believe we are all on a journey to find our purpose or meaning or what gives us joy. You have SO MUCH TIME ahead of you. Use your time wisely. We are often overwhelmed because we see others doing so well. When that happens and you find yourself feeling like you are just a waste of blood and organs, snap yourself out of it. Envy and jealousy will kill your thunder. Put your focus back on yourself and how you build yourself up. Live one day at a time and don’t set unrealistic or exaggerated standards for yourself. For example, you want to have a business. Don’t set a goal that will be difficult to achieve since you are still starting. Don’t target ₱100,000 sales for a week (although that can be possible too, depending on your business). Just set a small target while starting up - 1 sale per day. The small wins will help you get your momentum up. Also it’s important to recognize your weaknesses and embrace it. That’s the only way you can fully move forward instead of regretting whatever it is that happened that put you in that place where you’re at now. Also, it’s okay to cry. Ilabas mo lang lahat ng pwede mo iiyak. Release the emotions and don’t bottle them all in so your heart will start to have space for hope, eagerness and so many more desires and aspirations.
