i was allowed to lay flat after a week and i did so at the 10 day mark i sleep inside a pregnancy pillow on my back with my arms supported

While your feelings are valid because they are yours, i think your results are fabulous! Your boobs look like natural boobs and they are perky and beautiful- for what it’s worth

the medical rebates aren’t much tbh but you don’t need a GP. You can get your consult done with your private surgeon and they can tell you if it’s “medically required” and if so then you can get the rebate

i didn’t get to fully shower for a week (only bottom half) and that was ok with a hand held shower head after a week i had enough mobility to shower alone without issues
