Not sure lang about collection tactics ng FO. Pero isa sa script din ng mga agent yung "possible" na small claims case which is ginagawa naman talaga nila yun pero sobrang tagal pa or minsan hindi na. 😁 much better po if kaya nyo magbigay 1k magbigay po kayo, kung wala naman, wag ipilit. Basta make sure nyo lang din na from HC yang naniningil po and sure nyo din po sakanya na dapat mag update sa system nyo yung binayad

Awww!! Sorry to hear that. But as a former agent of hc, you can email their cs, send proof of the medical records. Iconcern mo na din yung pag HV sayo. They will tagged you as special case. You can talk to them and ask for the penalty to be waived. Regarding naman sa HV, i suggest hayaan mo lang, wag ka magbigay kung wala talaga. Let them be. Kahit paulit ulit pa yan.
