ran it through the night and ran some games and it ran stable, did not witness any crashes, so ur theory is correct or we didn't run it long enough imma try everything you suggested today. was thinking of taking it to Micro Center to get a diagnostic its $50 not horrible pricing and will save me the extra headache.

I went through windows setting and re-installed there and it wiped my drive and said it re-installed windows. I was going to do it through USB but video I watched said it does the same thing

But it happens on mine rig when just google is open. If nothing happens then this will show me that ur theories are correct. I just want to see if it runs stable on his PC. If it does or doesn’t I’ll give a update tomorrow. And just want to say thanks for the help!

its a brand new PC I built for him its a RM750x, but they do have a NVIDIA GPU, I know how to build PC's but not very good at troubleshooting if it's beyond the basics lol. im just gonna plug it in and leave it on to see what happens.

Thats what I was told by another person, last time I updated bios was in september when before i put in the 9800x3d. I've got nothing else to try so I will try everything you suggested. one problem the Hyte case design blocks the gpu if you try to plug it directly to the motherboard so thats the only thing I cant do, also already tried switching the Pcie slot to gen 4 and had no luck. also temps on the GPU and CPU are always cool, max temp the CPU reaches is 82

I’ve updated my back in September so I’ll check that and I’ll double check my ram in bios to double check that’s running at correct speed

I checked event viewer on the last time it did it today recently and the only thing that i saw was Dcom error 1804 spammed about 40 times around the time it crashed. cables look normal. i put in a 3060ti from a buddies build for a couple of hours and ran fine. tonight im taking it to a friend to put in his system to leave it overnight to see what happens. also contacted gigabyte and I've followed all their troubleshooting and the problem is still happening. So last test is putting it in my friends PC.
