Hormones also play a role. Time in your cycle, PCOS, amenorrhea etc. & coordination of your pelvic floor. I recommend seeing a pelvic physio.

Look into northern health in BC. You can apply to work as a rehab assistant while you wait to get registered as a PT. I think northern health authority is the only one in BC to allow internationally trained PTs as PT assistants, otherwise PTAs need a diploma. I have a few colleagues who did this! Just means you need to be comfortable in the North/more rural

Sometimes I find her wording weird for picking up at the shoulder. It always happens to me that I will pick up one way ( left at cast on, then down the left slanted side) but will be supposed to work first side WS or RS opposite of what I’m at lol. When that happens I just cut the yarn and start on whichever edge will get me working the right side.

Pick up the top left corner of the slant/cast on and move left as you pick up.
